  • ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Design test strategy and organize/control testing activities for a project that will potentially impact 140+ interfaces/integrations within the IT sales & marketing system environment
o Create plan for setting up, developing and maintaining test scripts in a test automation tool
o Coordinate testing activities with the regional/global technical teams and the test teams
o Facilitate user acceptance testing with our internal business stakeholders
o Pro-actively work on improving our test processes;
o Focus on data accuracy (does the data in the data warehouse correspond to the data in the source system), less on report layout and formatting
o The test manager will closely work together with the team of cross-technology testers, the project- and the release manager

  • COMPETENCIES

o Generalist with long-term passion for testing in a challenging IT sales & marketing environment, consisting of CRM, Mobile & data/analytics tools
o 4+ years experience in test coordination and hands-on testing;
o Ability to take the lead in testing activities/conversations
o Hands-on experience with one test automation tool
o Experience with Salesforce.com, MS SQL Server or SAP ECC is a plus
o Strong communicator, fluent in Dutch and English
