SECURITY CONSULTANT
I´m looking for a experienced Security Officer for our client in the region Den Bosch. It's a fulltime project, hybride.
The Privacy coordinator will be responsible for helping different businesses align their Schrems II project activities, and ensures the quality of the content of the Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs) conducted by businesses of data transfers outside the EEA. In this role you will work together with different businesses, technology teams, privacy, security and procurement experts. The role is full time until end of 2022.
If you enjoy work that deals with evaluating personal data processing on a practical level against privacy laws, and SCCs, supplementary measures and Schrems mean something to you, this is likely to be the right project for you!
Responsibilities of the role include
Review input given by businesses about the data transfers that suppliers are making
Review content of the conducted TIAs (Transfer Impact Assessments) with privacy specialists to ensure they are of sufficient quality for privacy reviews
Support procurement in negotiating Standard Contractual Clauses with suppliers according to input from the TIAs
Work with business specific project managers / coordinators to monitor their Schrems Project roadmaps
Consolidate progress reports across businesses of the Schrems project progress
Report to a Schrems Project Steering Group, with representation from businesses, technology, legal and procurement
Qualifications we look for in this role include
Proven experience in working with privacy related projects
A solid understanding of privacy laws,
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to work in complex and agile organizations
Enough seniority to solve problems and escalate issues to top management where needed
A “can-do” attitude, not afraid to roll-up sleeves to do tasks that may vary in complexity
Privacy certification is a plus
Fluent spoken and written English (Dutch seen as a plus)
